Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 for all schools. This is a valuable communication tool for teachers and parents to collaborate on student progress and individual needs. Your participation in Parent/Teacher Conference Days is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to your input.
In an effort to streamline the elementary scheduling process, an online Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Up has been set up in Skyward. Students will be dismissed at 11:15AM from all K-5 schools on November 20 with conference times running from 12:30 – 3:30PM and 5:00 – 8:00PM.
As you schedule your conference times, please keep in mind the following information:
1. All conferences will be 10 minutes in duration
2. ONLY schedule one time slot with your child's HOMEROOM teacher.
3. Parents/Guardians wishing to meet with the "partner teacher" (English Language Arts or Math) should contact the applicable teacher to set up an alternative meeting time.
4. The Writing, Science, and/or Encore teachers will be available for meetings throughout both sessions on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, given the amount of students that they teach, it is highly recommended that you email the teacher(s) directly to secure a time slot if desired.
5. If additional conference time is needed, please collaborate with the teacher to discuss a follow-up time that is convenient for both parties.
The online scheduling window will be open from Monday, November 5, 2018 at 7:30AM through Friday, November 9, 2018 until 4:00PM.
