Feasibility Study Recommendation
The WJHSD has been actively working to resolve the enrollment capacity issue at the elementary schools and prepare for future growth. A Demographics Study was completed in June 2017 to predict future enrollment and is available to view here. Mr. Ryan M. Pierce, AIA, was contracted to conduct a district-wide Feasibility Study and presented his recommendations at the December 5, 2017 School Board Meeting. His complete Feasibility Study can be viewed here.  Community Forums were held in early January 2018 to present recommendations on reconfiguring the elementary schools and gather feedback from community members. Superintendent Dr. Ghilani and Assistant Superintendent Matthew Patterson presented final recommendations to the WJH School Board of Directors at the January 16, 2018 meeting. The Board approved the recommendations at the January 23, 2018 meeting. Click here to view the final Feasibility Study Recommendations.
