Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 for all schools. Please see the schedule below concerning early dismissal times for students and conference times at each school:

Appointments should have been made for all elementary school teachers. Please try to show up at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. No appointments are needed for middle and high school conferences. Conferences with each teacher at the middle and high school will be limited to ten (10) minutes so that as many parents as possible can be accommodated. In an effort to eliminate wait times for a printed schedule, please print your schedule and know which teachers you plan to visit prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, please register and pick up an information sheet inside the main lobby entrance. If additional time is needed, please arrange for a private conference to be scheduled at a later date.
For high school conferences, it is recommended that parents participate per the following schedule:

A to G - 11:50AM –12:50PM and/or 4:20 – 5:20PM
H to O - 12:50PM – 1:50PM and/or 5:20 – 6:20PM
P to Z - 1:50PM – 2:50PM and/or 6:20 – 7:20PM
If this schedule is not convenient, parents should feel free to visit anytime during the scheduled times (11:50AM – 2:50PM and 4:20PM – 7:20PM).
