Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, for all schools. This is a valuable communication tool for teachers and parents to collaborate on student progress and individual needs. Your participation in Parent/Teacher Conference Days is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to your input.

In an effort to streamline the Elementary scheduling process, an online Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Up has been set up in Skyward for elementary students. Students will be dismissed at 11:15AM from all K-5 schools on November 26 with conference times running from 12:30 – 3:30PM and 5:00 – 8:00PM.

As you schedule your conference times, please keep in mind the following information:
1.  All conferences will be 10 minutes in duration
2.  ONLY schedule one time slot with your child's HOMEROOM teacher.  
3.  Parents/Guardians wishing to meet with the "partner teacher" (English Language Arts or Math) should contact the applicable teacher to set up an alternative meeting time.
4.  The Writing, Science, and/or Encore teachers will be available for meetings throughout both sessions on a first-come, first-serve basis.  However, given the amount of students that they teach, it is highly recommended that you email the teacher(s) directly to secure a time slot if desired.
5.  If additional conference time is needed, please collaborate with the teacher to discuss a follow-up time that is convenient for both parties.

 
The online scheduling window will be open from Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 4:00PM through Tuesday, November 19, 2019, until 4:00PM. A video link is included below for helpful instructions on scheduling your elementary conferences. If you do not have access to the Internet, please contact your child’s teacher.

 

PHMS Teachers will be available for parent conferences on November 26, during two sessions: 12 - 3 PM and 4:30 - 7:30 PM. Feel free to stop and see any teacher during those times. There are no scheduled appointments.

 

TJHS Parent Conferences will take place on 11/26 from 11:50 AM – 2:50 PM and from 4:20 PM – 7:20 PM. School will be in session for the students on Tuesday, November 26th, with an early dismissal time of 10:35 AM. Conferences with each TJHS teacher will be limited to ten (10) minutes per parent so that as many parents as possible can be accommodated. As a courtesy, please email the teachers you plan to see so they can prepare for your visit. If additional time is needed, please arrange for a private conference to be scheduled at a later date. Paper schedules will not be available or printed at Parent-Teacher Conferences. We encourage high school parents to know which teachers you plan to visit and to print or screenshot your student's schedule prior to attending as you may not have cell service in the building.
