ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS:
Please be advised that a flyer is being distributed throughout the
community regarding “Out of District Students” attending the West
Jefferson Hills Schools. Please know that the West Jefferson Hills
School District educates students who reside in West Elizabeth,
Jefferson Hills and Pleasant Hills Boroughs. These students may
reside with their parents or legal guardians and appropriate proof
of residency is required at the time of registration. The District
reviews any information regarding residency issues when it is
received and takes appropriate action when it discovers non
residents attending District schools. Such review has resulted in
the withdrawal of several students over the past several months. The
documentation the District may require is determined by the
Pennsylvania Department of Education. Anyone wishing to review the
“Student Residency” Policy may access the policy
here.
