The West Jefferson Hills School District and Durham (Matthews Bus Company) are looking forward to the start of another school year. Transportation assignments will be available in Skyward at the end of the day on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
In order to plan for our transportation needs for the start of the 2024-2025 school year, we ask that all parents review their child’s transportation information in Skyward prior to Monday, August 19, 2024. If there are any changes or corrections necessary, please call 412-384-8810 and speak with Ms. Sopko or Ms. Pearsol to make those adjustments before the end of the day on August 19, 2024.
On August 20, bus drivers and monitors will be practicing their routes for the start of the school year. Therefore, to allow time for practice of routes, no additional changes will be made to bus transportation information after August 20 through Labor Day. The beginning of the school year. The beginning of the school year is always a challenging time with transportation, and we want to give our drivers the time they need to learn the routes and students on their routes to allow for success.
