The West Jefferson Hills School District’s food services department serves nutritious and delicious meals every day.
Meal prices have been approved for the 2024-2025 school year. Elementary and intermediate school lunches will cost $3.15. Middle and high school lunches will cost $3.40. All WJHSD students are eligible for one (1) free breakfast meal every school day. A la carte items are available and can be purchased separately.
The food services department uses SchoolCafe to allow families to register student lunch accounts, make lunch payments, and even apply online for free and reduced lunch benefits. There is also a SchoolCafe app for your smartphone. In your smartphone’s app store, download the SchoolCafe app and use the Parent Guide for help. If you have any questions or need additional information, contact Food Services Director John Rambo.
As a reminder, free/reduced price meal applications for the 2024-2025 school year are available on the food services website. An application can also be completed through SchoolCafe. Students who are eligible for reduced price meals through the National School Lunch Program will not be charged for their lunch during the 2024-2025 school year. Even if your child/children qualified for free or reduced price meals last school year, you MUST complete a new application for the 2024-2025 school year. If you have received a notice of direct certification, you do not need to complete the application. But, let the school know if any of your children are not listed on the notice of direct certification letter you received.
