The West Jefferson Hills School District is once again accepting nominations for the district’s Hall of Fame. Since its relaunch in 2022, the West Jefferson Hills School District Hall of Fame has inducted more than 50 individuals and four WPIAL or PIAA championship teams. These individuals and teams have had unique and lasting contributions to the district and the West Elizabeth, Jefferson Hills, and Pleasant Hills communities.
Thomas Jefferson High School alumni who graduated at least five years ago and who have distinguished themselves in academics, arts, or athletics can be nominated for induction into the WJHSD Hall of Fame. The graduates must have made significant and positive contributions as during their time in high school and experienced significant achievements after graduation from the West Jefferson Hills School District. Nominees must meet established Hall of Fame criteria, detailed on the application. Additionally, staff members and community members are eligible for nomination as long as they are no longer employed by the West Jefferson Hills School District and made significant and positive contributions during their association with the district. Association with the district could include as an administrator, teacher, activity advisor, coach, support staff member, school board member, or volunteer.
Nominations for consideration for the WJHSD Hall of Fame Class of 2025 are due by October 15, 2024. Visit
