Twelve TJ Students Inducted into National Business Honor Society

Students who were inducted into National Business Honor Society

A dozen Thomas Jefferson High School juniors and seniors were inducted into the National Business Honor Society during a school-day ceremony on Thursday, November 14. The National Business Honor Society has four purposes. It promotes and recognizes academic achievement in business education at the secondary level, fosters and recognizes leadership skills and character development, helps members grow ethically and socially by promoting and encouraging an interest in business, and encourages member involvement in service learning initiatives. 

Members of the National Business Honor Society must be a junior or senior, have completed or be currently enrolled in their third business or computer course, have a minimum overall grade point average of 3.5, have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 in all business and/or computer classes, and be in good character standing.

This year’s inductees into the National Business Honor Society at Thomas Jefferson High School are Braeden Artman, Andrew Buzard, Ashlynn Fry, Jeremy Grouette, Gianna Hall, Brayden Hinkle, Bradyn Koett, Jesse Mellor, Chase Turk, Devin Wagner, Luke Witkowski, and Angelina Yoskoski.
