It's a Black and Gold Friday (x2) as the Friday, October 4 Homecoming football game against Trinity will be the Steelers High School Showcase Game of the Week! The game will be broadcast live on KDKA+ and kdka.com at 7 p.m. But you'll want to pack the stands and show off that Jaguars pride.
The Steelers High School Showcase Game of the Week features appearances by a current or former player who will serve as the game's co-captain, along with an appearance by Steely McBeam. Look for live coverage of the game on the Steelers Youth Football social platforms. And the game will be highlighted as part of gameday entertainment during Steelers home games at Acrisure Stadium.
Plus it's Homecoming 2024! The Homecoming Queen will be crowned during the game. And the Thomas Jefferson Jaguar Marching Band will welcome back alumni members to perform alongside the band before and during the game. So gather your family, friends, classmates, and fellow TJ fans and be here to celebrate this Jaguars tradition.
Get your tickets early during a ticket presale on Wednesday, October 2 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Thomas Jefferson Stadium ticket booth.
On game nights, Jefferson Hills Police will enforce temporary parking restrictions in the Chamberlin Ridge. On-street parking will be limited to one side of the roadway throughout the entirety of the plan (Laurel Ridge, Chestnut Ridge, Blue Ridge and Shenandoah).
All fans are encouraged to use free shuttle service from Thomas Jefferson High School to Thomas Jefferson stadium. Buses will begin to run at 5:15 p.m. After the game, shuttles will transport fans from the main gate back to the high school for approximately one hour or until all fans have been transported back to their vehicles.
Parking at Thomas Jefferson Stadium is extremely limited. Drivers are only permitted to park in designated and available parking spaces.
The West Jefferson Hills School District and the Jefferson Hills Police Department thank you for your cooperation and adherence to these measures.
Go Jaguars!
