Enrollment

Welcome to the West Jefferson Hills School District! 

WJH student registration is completed online through the district’s Skyward enrollment portal by visiting one of the applicable links below:

• Existing WJH families with a Skyward account: Begin registration by clicking this link 

-OR-

• If this will be your first child in the West Jefferson Hills School District or you do not have an existing Skyward account: Click this link to begin the registration process

Students must reside within the West Jefferson Hills School District, provide two (2) proofs of residency, current immunization records, and a birth certificate. Acceptable proofs of residency include a lease/mortgage statement and a bill dated within thirty (30) days from the upload date in the parent/guardian’s name. A driver’s license of the parent/guardian is not an acceptable proof of residency.

As a reminder, children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age on or before September 1.

Once you complete all steps and submit the enrollment form, you will be notified by email when your child’s enrollment has been approved by the district. That email will include your child’s start date.
