Skyward Student Information System Transition (July 29 – August 7, 2026)
West Jefferson Hills School District is currently transitioning to our new Skyward Student Information System. During this blackout period, our previous system (Skyward 2.0) is no longer available. All Skyward links on the WJHSD website will be updated once the new system is live. Thank you for your patience as we complete this transition.
What is Skyward Qmlativ?
Skyward Qmlativ is the newest version of our student information system. It offers a modern look, improved navigation, and an enhanced experience for families while continuing to provide access to important student information. The new Skyward interface, Qmlativ, will be available beginning the week of August 10, 2026.
Will I need a new username or password?
No. Parents and guardians will continue to use the same Family Access username and password they have used previously.
What if I use the Skyward mobile app?
If you previously used the Skyward mobile app prior to the 26-27 school year, you will need to delete the existing app from your mobile device and download it again from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once reinstalled, log in using your existing Family Access username and password.
Will students have access to Qmlativ?
Yes. Students will continue to have their own accounts to view grades, schedules, attendance, report cards, and other school information.
Will all information be available immediately?
As we transition to our new system, some information may not be available right away. Student schedules, class assignments, and other details will continue to be updated as we prepare for the start of the school year.
How can I set-up notifications?
How can I view attendance and tardies using Qmlativ?
