Lawson Nursing Home is seeking men and women, age 16 or older, to volunteer in the Activity Department.  Volunteers may conduct and/or participate in activities such as:  Transporting Residents to and from activities within the building, birthday parties, aide in crafts and games, read to residents, deliver mail, show movies/videos, escort residents on outings, polish nails, provide one to one visits.  Volunteers work closely with the Activity Department.  Flexible hours are available including weekends and some evenings.  Training and support provided.  No long term commitment required.  If interested contact Shawna Patterson, Activity Director at 412-466-1125.
