8^th GRADE PARENTS Thomas Jefferson High School will hold a Curriculum Night on Monday, February 13, 2012 in the High School cafeteria. All parents and students are welcome to attend. During this evening, administrators, and counselors will provide you with information pertaining to course selections, credit requirements, and scheduling of classes, followed by a question and answer period. Our department coordinators will also be available to answer specific questions about their content areas.

WILLIAMSBURG TRIP Attention any 7^th or 8^th grader attending the school trip to Williamsburg, VA in May: the final payment for the trip is due Wednesday, February 8^th in homeroom.

GIRLS BASKETBALL The 7^th and 8^th grade girls basketball teams played Chartiers Valley yesterday. The eighth grade team had a tough game. With a score of 7 to 16 at the half the Jaguars weren’t able to make a comeback in the second half, although they made a valiant effort! The final score was 18 to 37. The seventh grade game also had its challenges. The Jaguars were down 10 to 15 in the first quarter and by half time they were up 16 to 15! The final score was 30 to 20. Congrats on the Win!
