1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
¼ cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee powder or 2 tablespoons instant coffee crystals
1 2.1-ounce package (15) baked miniature phyllo dough shells
¼ cup whipping cream, whipped instant espresso coffee powder or chocolate curls (optional)
In a heavy small saucepan, heat chocolate pieces, cream and espresso coffee powder over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Spoon filling into phyllo shells. Let stand for 15 minutes. (You can cover and chill tarts for up to 8 hours.) Just before serving, top with whipped cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of espresso coffee powder or chocolate curls.
