Mr. Ware was born and raised in
Washington, PA. He graduated from Washington High School in
1976, and then received his bachelor's degree in English from
Washington and Jefferson College. After relocating to
Florida he continued his education at the University of South
Florida, where he completed his
coursework for teacher certification, and then completed his
master's degree in ed leadership in 1993. He worked for ten
years as an English teacher at Northeast High School in St.
Petersburg. He has spent the last ten years as an administrator
at Central High School in Brooksville, FL.
