Sports Physicals For 2019-20 School Year

The PIAA School Sponsored Sport Physicals for the 2019-2020 School Year will be held as follows:

6/4/19 - at PHMS
6/5/19 - at TJHS

Any student wanting a school-sponsored physical for high school sports must submit completed form to the health office no later than MAY 17, 2019. Thank you.
