TJ Theatre Presents Twisted Tales of Terror

Twisted Tales of Terror, written by Jeanine Harvey, puts a comedic twist on well-known horror stories, featuring characters like Frankenstein, Dracula, Jekyll and Hyde, and more. Tickets will be sold at the door at the cost of $4 for students and $8 for adults. According to Julie Tipton, Fall Play Director & English and Communications teacher at Thomas Jefferson High School, the tales are more funny than scary and are appropriate for students in grades 3 and up. The running time for the show is approximately 90 minutes.

In an effort to include the younger students in this event, the high school’s public relations class has organized a Halloween parade and costume contest. Students in grades 3-8 are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to the show. Click here for the costume contest flyer. A small costume parade will take place around the auditorium during intermission on both nights. TJHS students will be handing out candy as the costume judges determine one male and one female winner.  The selected students will receive a special prize for best costume. Don't miss out on this evening of spooktacular fun!
