TJHS 2.0 Student Information Sessions/Tours

TJHS Students will have the opportunity to tour the new high school, learn about the new features and benefits of the building, as well as receive information and updates on the 2019-2020 school year during grade-level information sessions. Morning and evening sessions will be held for all grade levels to accommodate work schedules and activities. For those students unable to attend either session, additional dates/times will be scheduled at a later date.

Junior and Senior Student Information Sessions and Tours will take place on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 11:00 am – 12:30 pm and at 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Students should enter the building at the Theater entrance and proceed to the auditorium for a welcome address and brief overview of the new building with updates for the new school year.

Freshmen and Sophomore Student Information Sessions and Tours will take place on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 11:00 am – 12:30 pm and at 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Chromebook distribution is for freshmen students only and will take place immediately before the sessions from 10:00 am – 11:00 am and 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm in the Theater hallway. Students should enter the building at the Theater entrance and proceed to the auditorium for a welcome address and brief overview of the new building with updates for the new school year.

Immediately following the information session, students will explore the new high school. Administrators and Student Ambassadors will be placed at key locations throughout the school building to provide guidance and answer any questions.
 
Orientation and tours of the new building will be geared toward students only.  Parents will have multiple opportunities to tour the building during the week of August 18, 2019. Please contact the high school main office at 412-655-8610 should you have any questions. Thank you.
