Before and After School Care Survey

The West Jefferson Hills School District is looking to partner with a before and after school care service provider.  In order to gauge the interest in the service, a survey was sent home with elementary students.  Parents wishing to respond to this survey can do so here or by returning a copy of the survey to the school by May 26, 2015.
