RE: Peanut Butter Recall

Over the past week or so you may have heard about the possible outbreak of Salmonella poisoning due to peanut related products.

At Metz and West Jefferson Hills School District it is our ultimate responsibility to protect our Students. We have not been using peanut related products since the beginning of the school year to protect any of our students who are allergic. Instead of Peanut Butter we use Sun Butter made from fresh roasted Sunflower Seeds.
