            > the purchase of a new speaker system for Thomas Jefferson High School auditorium from Gray Sound Communications in the amount of $7,757 from Construction Funds

 

            > the appointment of Barbara Nieman to complete the collection of the 2005 Pleasant Hills real estate tax year penalty period

 

            > the Thomas Jefferson High School 2006-07 Academic Handbook

 

            > the West Jefferson Hills School District Organizational Chart

 

            > Policy 005 – Board Governance Standards/Code of Conduct and Policy 006 – Board Governance Standards/Code of Conduct -- Commitment for Cooperation

 

> the following activities:

 

            1.         TJHS field trip to Washington, DC, to visit the National Holocaust Museum and National Gallery of Art, leaving 5:00 a.m. on Friday, March 31, and returning at approximately 10:30 p.m. that same evening

            2.         TJHS Cheerleading Squads to participate in the ECA Cheerleading Competition in Williamsburg, VA, leaving Friday, March 17, and returning Sunday, March 19

                                   

            > the creation of a part-time position of Communications Consultant with no medical benefits

 

            > an adjustment to the contract of the Business Manager, making his 2005-06 annual salary $95,000 pro-rated effective 1/25/06

 

> readmitting Student B of Resolution 188-04 beginning with the start of the 2005-2006 second semester
