The Board has undertaken an extensive interview process, which has included several rounds of discussions with candidates. The process has consisted of a mix of interview questions that reflected many of the topics that emerged from the stakeholder comments earlier in the search, as well as the entry plan that candidates would utilize if selected to be the next superintendent of West Jefferson Hills. The Board has committed considerable time to this process, as we know the next leader will impact the future of West Jefferson Hills – and have considerable influence on the employees, community stakeholders, and the students of the district.
